Return and refund policy

14-day withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing eligible goods online, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you (or a person you designate) receive the goods. Send a clear statement to katerinalistakona@gmail.com before the deadline. You may use the optional form below, but it is not required. Your statutory right does not depend on our approval of a return request. Standard catalogue items remain eligible even when produced after ordering.

Returning the item

Please contact us for the correct return address, which may vary by product and fulfillment partner. Send the goods back no later than 14 days after telling us that you withdraw. Please handle them only as needed to inspect their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you could in a shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond that. Original packaging, unused condition and a receipt are not prerequisites for exercising the statutory withdrawal right, although proof of purchase helps us identify the order.

When you withdraw because you changed your mind, you bear the direct cost of returning parcel goods unless we agree otherwise. Return postage depends on your location, parcel size and carrier; contact us for help estimating it before ordering. We do not automatically provide a prepaid return label for these returns.

Refunds

For a valid withdrawal, we refund the price paid and the original standard delivery charge (up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered; any extra cost of a more expensive option is not refundable). We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, although we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever is earlier. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and do not charge a refund fee.

Exceptions

The statutory withdrawal right may not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized, where the law permits. Standard prints, bags and other catalogue products are not automatically excluded just because they are made after purchase. Sale or discounted items are not automatically excluded. Other statutory exceptions apply only where the law permits and, where required, have been disclosed before purchase.

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us at katerinalistakona@gmail.com with your order number and a description; photos are helpful. We will arrange an appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law and cover reasonable return costs where the item is faulty or incorrect. These rights are separate from the 14-day withdrawal right and are not limited to that period.
