Made-to-order products

All products in this store (prints, notebooks, pillows, mugs, bags, diaries, etc.) are made-to-order specifically for you after your purchase.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or other personal preferences.

 

 


📦 Returns are only accepted in these cases:

 

You can request a refund or replacement only if:

  • the product arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or with a manufacturing error
  • the item was lost during delivery
  • you received a different product than you ordered

In those cases, I will contact my production partner (Printful) and arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.


📸 How to make a claim

Please send an email within 7 days of receiving the product to

Include:

  1. Order number
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the product and packaging

Without photo evidence, Printful does not allow a replacement.


🗓️ Time limits

  • You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery
  • Claims reported later cannot be accepted 

 

🚫 Non-returnable items

These products cannot be returned or refunded (unless damaged or defective):

  • products made-to-order
  • personalized items
  • digital downloads
  • gift cards


💸 Shipping costs

Return shipping is not covered unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

🧾 Return address

Returns can only be sent to the manufacturing facility (not my personal address):

The exact return location depends on your country and will be confirmed during the return process.

⚠️ Please do not send returns to Maltakur 7, Iceland.

This is my studio address, not the production facility.


🇮🇸 VAT & customs (for Iceland customers)

Orders shipped to Iceland may be subject to import duties, VAT and customs handling fees, payable upon delivery.

These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Products destined for Iceland are usually produced in Europe (Latvia or Spain), but sometimes in the USA, depending on stock availability.
