1. Made-to-order production

 

Most products in this store are made-to-order.

That means your item is created only after you place an order, which helps us reduce waste and support sustainable production.


Production time:

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from production facilities in:

Your order is automatically fulfilled from the closest facility with stock availability.


 

 

3. Estimated delivery times (shipping only)

 

📍 Iceland: 5–12 business days (after production)

📍 Europe (EU): 4–10 business days

📍 USA & Canada: 5–12 business days

📍 Rest of world: 8–20 business days


Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

 

 


4. Shipping costs

 

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout, based on:

✔ destination

✔ weight & package size

✔ chosen shipping method

All rates come directly from production facility.

 

 


5. Customs, duties and taxes

 

 

🇮🇸 Important notice for Icelandic customers:

Iceland is outside the EU customs zone.

That means import duties (tollur), VAT (VSK) or customs processing fees may be charged when receiving the parcel.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs in this store.

The customer is responsible for paying customs charges at delivery.

We always provide complete customs documentation (HS codes and invoice details) to help the process go smoothly.
