1. Seller and scope

This online store at kate-list.com is operated by Kateřina Štěpánková (Kate-list), Maltakur 7, apartment 205, 210 Garðabær, Iceland. Contact: katerinalistakona@gmail.com. These terms apply to purchases through this store. Our Contact information and Legal notice provide further seller details.

2. Products and production

Products are based on original Kate-list artwork. Many prints and everyday products are made to order by production partners including Printful. A standard catalogue product does not become individually personalized merely because it is produced after purchase. An item made to a customer's individual specifications or clearly personalized may be subject to a statutory exception to withdrawal where applicable.

3. Prices and payment

Product prices, applicable taxes charged by the store, shipping charges and the order total are shown during checkout before you place the order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout; card payments are processed by Card Payments by Teya. An international shipment may incur import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling charges that are not collected by our checkout. Unless checkout expressly states that these are paid, they may be charged separately at the destination. Please see our Shipping policy.

4. Shipping and delivery

Production and delivery times vary by product, destination, fulfillment location and carrier. The shipping charge for your cart and address is displayed at checkout. Items may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking is provided when available. Please check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if you notice an error. Our Shipping policy explains the current arrangements. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law if delivery is delayed or an order is not delivered.

5. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

For eligible online purchases, consumers may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable law. Making a standard catalogue item after an order is placed does not by itself remove this right. A statutory exception may apply to an item made to the customer's individual specifications or clearly personalized. Details, including how to notify us, return the item and obtain a refund, are in our Return and refund policy. Rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

6. Cancellation before dispatch

If you wish to cancel before dispatch, email us as soon as possible. Whether production or shipment can be stopped depends on the order's status. This does not limit any statutory withdrawal right or remedy for a defective, damaged or incorrect item. See our Return and refund policy.

7. Intellectual property

Artwork, designs, text and photographs on this website are protected by intellectual property law. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright in the underlying artwork or permission to reproduce it commercially. Please ask us before using our artwork or images.

8. Privacy and consumer rights

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
