1. General Information

These Terms of Service govern the use of the online store at www.kate-list.com, owned and operated by Kateřina Štěpánková, Maltakur 7, 210 Garðabær, Iceland (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

The products available on this website are based on original artwork and exclusively owned by Kate-list Art. All artworks and designs are protected by copyright laws.

2. Made-to-Order Production

Most items in our store are made to order, meaning they are produced only after your purchase.

That allows us to minimize waste and operate in a more sustainable way.

Please note:

• Production times typically take between 2–7 working days.

• Items are fulfilled in different locations depending on the product and your shipping destination (Europe, USA, or other).

• Delivery timelines vary by region (see our Shipping & Delivery page).

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in Icelandic Krona (ISK).

• Prices include Icelandic VAT where applicable.

• Final shipping costs and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

• Import duties or customs fees (especially for deliveries to Iceland) may be charged separately by local authorities or postal services. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment methods currently accepted:

• Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

• Teya

• Other secure online payment methods when available

4. Shipping

Shipping is fulfilled through certified partners via Printful or other trusted carriers.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates but do our best to provide accurate estimated time frames.

You will receive:

• Shipping confirmation email once your order ships

• Tracking number (where available)

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information at checkout.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• Wrong item received

• Item is defective or damaged in transit

• Print or product quality error

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at:

We may ask for photos or additional information to process your request.

Approved returns will receive either a replacement or a refund (excluding original shipping charges unless the product is faulty).

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

If your order is already in production or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

To check the status of your order, please contact us immediately.

 

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All artworks, designs, texts, and photographs on this website are original works of Kate-list Art and are protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use these artworks without written permission.

Any unauthorized reproduction will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights.

 

8. Privacy & Personal Data

We collect and process your personal data according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we protect your information and comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

9. Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or shipping carriers.

We are not responsible for additional charges applied by customs or tax authorities in your country.
